Franklin Township Interfaith Council observed the 70th annual National Day of prayer on May 6, 12:30 pm. Text from various scriptures were read followed with prayers for our nation, community, leaders of various departments, et. al. In addition, prayers offered for the intercession for gum violence,  anti-Asian/Pacific Islanders hate crime, and those affected by COVID-19 pandemic. The event was held virtually due to concern about COVID-19.
